We always aim to send your order by the next working day. If an item has a ‘Pre-order’ option, it will be noted in the product details. We will send an email to let our customers know when the order will be delivered.

All orders are dispatched using An Post Registered Post parcel service and will require a signature upon delivery. All items are insured and trackable.

If you are not there
If you aren't there to sign for the delivery of your order, a note will be left advising you that your order can be collected at the local parcel depot.
Please note that if you fail to collect your order within a certain length of time (usually ten days), it will be returned to us. We are happy to send your order out again but please note that you will have to pay for the shipping again.

You do have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund dependent on certain terms and conditions which are:
Order cancellations must be made by email within 7 days of having received the items.
We will send you to email a reference number and instructions on how to pack and send the order.
They must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable state.
Refunds do not apply to the postage and packaging costs of the original order.
If a product is damaged or faulty, we will arrange to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
We advise that you send the returns by recorded delivery from your post office. Unfortunately we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage.
